Hello! I’m J’Lin, owner and groomer of The Pet BOOtique! I have been grooming since 2017 and also have experience in other areas of the animal field. I service all animals including dogs, cats, & guinea pigs. I pay extra attention to the little details and strive to deliver a quality groom and pleasant experience to every animal in my care. I have made it a point to continue my education in grooming and have received multiple certifications over the years including Fear Free, AKC Safe, and my CCE title. When I’m not grooming I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, attending concerts, travel, and as you can see my favorite holiday is Halloween! You can find my salon in Carrollton TX, located inside Spaw Suites, suite #108. FAQs Q.) Are you mobile? A.) No I am not mobile, I am salon based in Carrollton TX. Q.) Are you 1-on-1 or do you take multiple pets at once? A.) While not fully 1-on-1, I am a lower volume salon meaning your pup will still get an appointment spot to themselves and individual attention but there may be slight overlap on busy days. I focus 100% on quality over quantity. Q.) How long should I expect to leave my dog? A.) Small dogs are typically done within 1-2 hours and Med 2-3 hours and Large 3-4 hours. Q.) Do you accept large dogs? A.) Yes, I accept dogs up to 80lbs. Dogs over that are on a case to case basis due to the small working area.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask any cancellations or reschedules be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Three no shows within a 12 month period will result in removal from clientele list. Late arrivals past 15 minutes will result in a $15 late fee. After 30 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and cancellation fee will apply.
